Can too many Syndol lead to infertility? I've been taking for 5 yrs

I am 20 yrs old and I have been taking Syndol for headaches for 5 years now. Taking 8-10 tablets everyday. A while ago I heard from someone that taking so many Syndol for such a long time can lead to infertility. I think I am also noticing a decrease in sperm count? Could this be true?? What should I do?

These are the ingredients of syndol:

Paracetamol BP 450mg, Codeine Phosphate BP 10mg, Doxylamine Succinate NF 5mg and Caffeine BP 30mg as the active ingredients.

I am addicted to these tablets badly. The codeine is what makes me addictive I am told. But I'm not sure if it's the codeine or any other substance that can causse infertility.

I was told by a doctor that no syndol couldn't make you infertile, it's whether or not there is something they haven't yet discovered that has always bothered me.
