were producing, to my disappointment, i had only 2 really good eggs 18mm and one at 13mm (compared to my last one of 14 good eggs ranging from 18 -20mm). My doc informed me to go and talk to my nurse about what to do. I asked what would my chances be of getting any good eggs from this (of course he couldn't say). You see in my last treatment, they found out why i wasn't getting pregnant as i was producing deformed eggs (so they got 14 eggs, 8 were good rest were deformed and 5 fertilised). So talking to my nurse, i decied to cancelled as i didn't want to pay all that money and get no eggs! I was so upset and cried while talking to my nurse about it.
Doc talked about doing a IUI (but usually this doesn't work for me), using the trigger shot or bd it ourselves still using the shot. I decided not to do either as my husband could only get time off for the ivf not the other things (works away).
So my question is will the eggs just go away (if there is any) or will they ovulate on there own?
Also i have another appointment on wednesday to talk about what to do ( as i got PCOS) he said on the day of my scan, that the problem with this condition is that it is so unpredicable (you can have a good reaction
are already at 18 mm and 13 mm, I would think you'll ovulate on your own within the next week or so...but I'm not sure how that works with PCOS. Maybe you could call and ask one of the nurses.
So sorry about the cancelled cycle :-( I've never tried IVF, but I can imagine how frustrating that must be. BUT you do have two nice follicles
