Chances of implantation

Hey all.  My DH and I have been trying to conceive for over two years and we just started seeing an expert. Anyways, I'm interested in what E2 levels are (what they predict, how much do you need for one egg, etc).  What do they have to be, on average, to produce eggs?  I just finished my first round of injectables and am scheduled for timed intercourse tomorrow morning at 6.  My RE told me my E2 reading was >422 pg/mL and that I have two follicles both measuring in 18mm.  I heard that an egg needs at least 100pg/mL of this hormone.  Since mine is double (400 for only two eggs) does that increase the quality of my egg, which in turn does this increase the chance of fertilization and implantation?  Please help!  My doctor only tells me so much and I just don't know what I'm looking for when I search the web.  One last thing, does anyone have any idea of my chances for getting pregnant on this first try?

I think  E2 should be 200pg/ml per mature follicle. So yours seems to be perfect, the size is good and 2 follicles that had E2 more that 400 . Good luck!

I know  folicles have to at least 19mm so you are almost there
