Chronic Leukocyte Spermia

My husband was just diagnosed with CLS.  I was told we would not be able to conceive naturally.  The only problem is that I do not believe in the petri dish forms of conception etc....Is there anything we can do besides all of the unnatural ways of conception that infertility doctors try to push on you.
