Clomid, Follistim, Ovidrel and Timed Intercourse

Hi, I'm new here but I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this combination or a similar one.  A little background on our situation - my husband and I have been ttc for 17 cycles not and we have done clomid 50 mg with timed intercourse, clomid 50 mg with ovidrel trigger and timed aain, then iui with clomid 100 mg, ovidrel and prometrium luteal support - one chemical pg from the middle cycle which was also my first bfp ever,  I have one"mildly polycystic ovary" and possible endometriosis although we haven't done a lap surgery to confirm, I just have some of the symptoms and my RE suspects it.  Well this cycle I am doing clomid 100 mg cd 5-9 then follistim 75 iu cd 10-14 with an ovidrel trigger whenever my follicles are ready and timed intercourse and again prometrium to support my luteal phase.  Is this similar to anyone's situation?  Any success stories with this drug combo?  As you all know, sometimes its hard to stay positive after so much failure....
