Can you tell me when the headaches begin for you? I thought side effects, if any, would show up while taking clomid but I took my last pill a week ago.
Seriously, it takes a good week or so for me to finish my side effects...I just started my first pill of the cycle for this month. I already don't feel well...I think it's going to be on heck of a cycle! :--) Hope all goes well for you this month!
Thanks you all. Headaches are making things at work difficult.
I can't tell my boss about the treatment I am undergoing as it is very difficult for me to talk about it. I have to come up with real novel excuses to get time off for my Dr visit. :-)
Oh those darn headaches! I am 9dp my 2nd iui and both times I had HORRIBLE headaches! And they started the day after my trigger. I read on the possible side effect of the hcg trigger and headache was one of them. Good luck!
I take 50mg of clomid cycle days 3-7, I was told I have pcos and Im thin. I was wondering if having a iui would increase my chances of becoming pregant due to the fact i have little or no cervical mucus. Does anyone have any info on this?Help!!!!
I had a headache this cycle after my iui, but I think it was from the hcg shot because I have been on clomid for 5 cycles, and only get headaches at the very end right before AF comes.
I did 2 months on clomid and they were the sickest 2 months I can remember. From the second day on clomid all the way through I had horrible headaces and nausia . This month we started on gonal F injections and the side effects are a lot less severe. Just a bit of tiredness and the odd 20mins of queeseyness through the day. I had my Hcg trigger on the gonal but haven't suffered any extra side effects from this.
The headaces also made things a little difficult for me at work - even though they are aware of why. This month we started IUI and the gonal injections and after having such fun the last 2 months I took 2 week annual leave- It seems to have done me the world of good - perhaps this may have something to do with the side effects being not so bad. I know it can be diffucult to discuss the issues we are going through with work - but perhaps it may be worth mentioning it to your boss on the QT - It may make those appointments easier to orgainise.
Good luck with it all - I can empathise with the headaces they can be a real bummer.
