Clomid Rounds

Hi my Dr put me on provera to start my periods and then 100mg of clomid CD 3-7 Round one helped me Ovulate. So how come the second round didnt work? So now he put me on 150mg so i start to test tomorrow. But i just wanted to know how come it worked one cycle and not the next.

Same thing happened to me.. Got pregnant at 100mg and my daughter is now almost 3. Went back on Clomid again when TTC baby #2 and even after 2 cycles of 100mg I did not respond to it.  Not sure why it works sometimes and not others.  I did respond to 150mg though the side effects were just awful.
