Clomid anyone?

Has anyone taken Clomid that can tell me about the side-effects.  If anyone has taken it, with pregnancy results, how many were multiple births?

HI I took it for three cycles with no luck :-( the only side effects i had were hot flashes and blurry vision. Not really that bad though! good luck!

i didn't have any side effects, took it two months with no luck.

I had no side-effects at all.  I tried clomid twice with no luck.

I took it for one month (last cycle) and it totally dried up my cervical mucus. I didn't have any wet or eggwhite CM around ovulation. I guess it happens to about 30% of clomid users. I still have a prescription for two more months, but I don't think I'll use it again.

Other than that, I didn't have any side effects...but I have heard others on here say they got cramps and headaches. I never noticed that, though.

I took it 4 months.  My dh said it gave me Terrett's! I was very cranky and with that came a bad potty mouth!  HA!  BUT, I found taking it at night made a huge difference!!!
I was weird, it really helped my cm....normally I have NONE, but dang with Clomid I had more than enough for everyone!

I took it for 5 months.  The first couple of months I was moody and got sort of lazy and depressed.  Then my body sort of adjusted and I actually liked it.  It took away ALL of my PMS. I actually LOVEd it after about 3 - 4 months, just in time to go off it.   I think the 1st month you can expect bloating, cramping, constipation, maybe hot flashes and a bit of irratability.  But, none of these things are too bad, just minor.  Good luck.

I have only been on Clomid this past month...50mg.  No side effects at all except two days after I was done, I was seeing blurry!  It finally dawned on me that it could be the Clomid.  I called the pharmacy and asked them if I was done with the doses, could it JUST now be effecting me...she said since it is still in my system it could be.  That was the only side effect I had....no hot flashes or mood swings....which my husband was glad about!
