Clomid success on round one?

Well my dr wants us to do three rounds of Provera and Clomid then if this doesn't work we can do IUI.... But my question is has any one had success with their first round of clomid?? I took provera for 7 day July 28th was my last day now iam waiting for AF to show and then i take clomid for CD 3-7 then start useing ovulation test on day CD 10 does that make sense to start that early to test... I guess so thats what my DR said to start testing so we will see... But if you have a success story with clomid I would like to hear about it.. Thanks

Oh and let me add that my Dr started me on 100mg of clomid

I got preggers with my daughter on 100mg of Clomid but it was on the third round.

I've never been on clomid, but I start testing on CD7, because I O early, so CD10 is not too early at all.

I am on my first round of clomid 50mg days 3-7, and I am 9 dpo, so I dont know but I sure ovulated on cd 15

I was on clomid 100mg for at least 7 or so cycles and unsucessful.   When I was off fertility medicine, I got pregnant unexpected...

I'm on my fifth round with no ovulation.  my friend got preggers the first cycle though.  everyone is different.  good luck to you..
