Clomid then Femara then Cyst...Gonal-F & IUI

I started with Clomid, moved to cComid plus Gonal-f  with trigger but had side effects from the Clomid.  Because of the effect the Clomid had on my lining, I was switched to Femara.  Honestly, I wasn't so sure about taking the Femara since it is not FDA approved for ovulation induction...but decided to try it anyway.  Did one month with just Femara, the next month was then to be Femara plus Gonal-f and trigger; however, I ended up with a follicular cyst and was put on the birth control pill (who wants to be on the BCP while trying to get pregnant?)  At any rate, although more costly, we are moving to strictly injectibles (Gonal-f plus trigger) with IUI.  As I'm sure most would agree, this is an emotional rollercoaster (not to mention the hormones adding fuel to the fire!)...so I was hoping to hear success stories with Gonal-F and IUI.  Or, if you had better success with the combination of Femara and injections, I'd like to hear that as well.
