Does clomid delay ovulation?

I have seen a lot of women say it did for them. It made me earlier, but I know many have said the opposite.

hmmm.. I wonder, I already ovulate really late, I wouldn't want to ovulate later.  I usually ovulate on day 18,19 or 20.

what dosage did you take and what days 3-7 or 5-9? and when do you usally ovulate?

I would say yes....I'm now on CD 30 and still no AF and no BFP so I'm saying I must have o'ed really late.

I can't actually say it "delayed" it for me, because I never O'd w/o it, but I do not O until anywhere between CD18 - CD21 on it

oh yeah, and the more important thing is not exactly WHEN you O, but that your luteal phase (the time between O and af) is 14 days

is it SAFE/OK to O late on Clomid?  As far as conceiving goes - is there a time limit that it is considered "not as healthy" for a fetus to develop since your last AF occurred, if you have a really late ovulation?  Does that make sense?
Also, at what point do you "trash" one cycle and induce the next (on Provera) because no ovulation occurred?

It delayed O for me, but I was taking it on day 6-10.  I O'd on day 18.

well my luteal phase is 9 days...I am doing accupuncture and its gotten better last cycle it was 13...much better.  I guess I will ask the accupuncturist next week about how it would affect the ovulation ...I dotn want to ovulate later than I already do.
