Conception after fibroid removal

My wife had a uterine mass outside the uterus, 8 cm, removal at age 31, and it's been a year since we are married.  What are the odds that we face of conception????

I had two fibroid removed in 2006. On was on the outside of my uterus and the other was in the uterine wall.  

I got pg twice after that with IUI (intrauterine insemination).  My son is now 3.5 months old. My dr does not believe the fibroids had anything to do with my infertility and need for IUI.
