I had a laparoscopy about 2 months ago that removed endometriosis and opened both tubes(due to endometriosis). We have not attempted pregnancy yet because I had to wean off medications, including BCP and will make our first attempt in about a month from now. I already am in fear that my window of opportunity has closed. I have conceived other children previously, but now I am over 35. Any success stories? I am very hesitant to use any fertility treatments/drugs due to fear of multiples and am hoping to conceive naturally. Thank you.
Hi huni, i had a lap in dec 08 to remove adhesions and endo. They had to release my ovary and bowel and couldnt get all of the endo. The doc said it would be extremely unlikely that we would ever conceive naturally . However in april 09 i discovered i was pregnant after 4 years ttc without any success. Sadly it wasnt meant to be and i miscarried at 10 weeks but it is definitely possible sweetie so dont give up hope. Wishing you loads of luck. xx
