Conceving after a vasectomy?

my husband had a vasectomy 7 years ago.
he did not freeze any sperm beforehand.
what options do we have to conceive a baby?

My husband had a reversal July 2010. It was successful in terms of sperm are getting through but...no baby yet! Still TTC. I do know a lady that conceived about 6 months or so after her DH's reversal. Be prepared to pay though. Cost us $5000 Cdn.

The other option I have heard of is sperm aspiration. Here is an explanation.

Our urologist recommended we first try the reversal since if it did work it was a one time deal.

Well your husband could have a vasectomy reversal and the success rate is very high but make sure a top notch surgeon is doing the surgery. Best of Luck BB
