Did a frozen transfer on June 10, 2010. I was given a due date of Feb.26, 2011 before my first U/S and we found out it was TWINS!!!!! But when I went to my Reg. OGYN he gave me a due date of March 2, 2011 which one is correct?

i'm pregnant with twins also & when we were given a due date, my fertility doctor gave me a 36 wk date (which is around January 15) because he said twins almost always are delivered early. My actual "full term date" (that I go off of to track how far along I am & how the babies are developing) is February 14. It's kind of confusing, especially when people ask you when you're due & you have to explain! Congratulations!

If you want to, you can count out 266 days on the calendar from the day the eggs were transferred plus how old they were when frozen.  In other words, if they were 3-day embryos, start the count beginning on June 7.  If they were 5-day embryos, start the count on June 5.  A full-term pregnancy is considered to be 266 days from conception.  (280 from first day of last period).   Don't be surprised if the twins don't come on time, twins are often early.  Good luck!
