Cost of Semen analysis

I was wondering if anyone knows what it costs to have a semen analysis?  Also, do you know what labs will do it? We live in NY. Don't know if that helps. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

For our last SA, we paid $125 ($75 for the SA and 50 for sperm antibody test)

Our insurance didn't cover a SA and we ended up having to pay $100. You may want to check your insurance because sometimes they will pay for this. I think any RE or Urologist will be able to do the test. Good LUCK :)

Luckily our insurance company paid for DH's but I know that here RE's don't do it.  Just Urologists.
