Cousin marriage

What is the difference between Faterh's side cousin and Mother's side cousin, How these twos share their genes. if there are no running genetic oriented problems in our family like (cancer, something , etc,.). I like to marry my second cousin (Fatehr's side) my grandfather and her grandfather are brothers. We have any possible to  get genetic defects we twos are very healthy.
