Cycle Buddies 2009 - the saga continues

Hi girls! Hope you're all doing well! It's been a little while since last time I posted, and before I give you guys my update, I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words in posts, messages and notes I have recieved! I really appreciate all the support! It's been a crazy couple of weeks. As many of you know, we've had family in town for the past 16 days, and then my husband was laid off in the middle of their visit, which forced us to make a decision whether or not to continue with the IVF. We have decided to go ahead with it, since insurance wouldn't have covered it anyway...and my DH has a temporary contracting job at the moment, so hopefully everything will work out.

I've also had to "sneak" out and get a whole bunch of tests done, since we haven't told our family we're planning on doing IVF, so that was an added stress. But I'm now finally done with everything, and our visitors have left, so I'm officially back!!!! I started lupron 20 units two days ago, and had my trial transfer and water sono that same day. I also got my protocol, and I will be on 3 repronex vials and 1 menopur vial a day once I start the stims. I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing, but also excited. I just REALLY hope it works!

OK! Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do....I'll post again later once I've read through the posts on the old thread. Also, if everyone could please give me their current cycle days and info, I'll start a new list.

SSBD!

Heather :-)

bfromthed:  usually when you do the trigger it takes 36 hours for ovulation.  The reason I say this is because when I did the ivf retrieval they had me trigger then 36 hours later they retrieved my eggs so that would be considered ovulating.  So if we went by that, it would be 1 and 1/2 days after trigger you would ovulate.  Anyone else with any suggestions.  Just to let you know those are great follicle sizes too.  :)  Praying for your BFP this time around.

Chrisdaniel:  I would probably test again a couple of days later just to make sure.  Sometimes the trigger shot remains in the system for a while, but it just depends on your body too.  I really do hope and pray that it's really a BFP for you !!!!

angel/poetic/muse:  I am so sorry for you.  Hopefully this upcoming time you will get your BFP.  I will keep you in my prayers.  Sending out some positive vibes and SSBD for this time around.

devastated:  What were your test results?  I hope its a BFP for you.  Keep us updated, okay?

ALL:  Today is considered my 3 DPT of a 3 day embryo.  No symptoms yet except for a backache.  I am praying everyday for for my embies to continue to grow and stick, and become healthy babies.  The 2ww is the worst for me.  I have been trying to keep busy, but seem to always be thinking of this.  I guess that's only natural after wanting to be a mom for such a long time.  I pray that God grants us all our hearts desires.  SSBD by the truckloads amd POSITIVE VIBES!!!!

O.K. ladies, help me out, I told you I couldn't wait to take the HPT's, this morning I took a dollar tree one and came back negative, then tonight I took the E.P.T. one that shows
5 days before the period ( digital) and it came back **** PREGNANT****, I am only 8 days past iui, 9 past trigger shot! Does that negative in the AM mean that the trigger shot was out of my system, and if so can I really get a positive this early????
Please help, I am not going to be able to sleep tonight!
some of you may have read this already from the other forum! Sorry
