im so sorry about your loss. before i had mine i was on a 35 day cycle. my next cycle came early and i went shorter every month till i hit 31 days. then after a year i went back to a 32 day cycle. go figure. you will O 14 days prior to your next af. if you had a perfect 28 day cycle then yes you could say you o then. the time between when you o and your af is called your luteal phase. most of us have a 14 day phase. so you will o, then on the 15 day past that you should start your af. but like i said, it isnt everyone and mc can really mess up your cycle. if you are ttc and not sure when you o, use opk. they really do help to figure out when your o time is. along with cm.
