A lot of women out here say if someone else notices a difference then it can't be all in our minds. Last night my DH said my nipples look larger and browner. He never says he notices anything different, so I am putting a lot of stock in his observation. Also, my temps, not BBT but shortly after waking, are low around 97.2. So I hope this is implantation. I'm 8 dpo today. If this is implantation I guess I can test as early as 2 days from now, right?
My DH and I talked yesterday and we both still feel stuck since losing our baby. We go to work every day, we laugh and have fun, but we both feel like we can't fully move on until we get pregnant again. So, hopefully this is it!
Good luck sweetie! But if you are just now implanting - don't think you would notice bb changing yet :) Do you remember your symptoms with your last BFP? I had none except a small burning sensation that came and went and then "psycho chick" came out - thats when I knew - I LOST IT! I was crying
, depressed, miserable, inconsolable etc. Hubby thought I had gone off the deep end! Turns out I was just preggo :) Good luck sweetie - I am totally pulling for you!! SSBD!!
That's probably true about nipple changes and implanting. I hadn't thought about that. I don't know, I just know he saw a change. I had virtually no symptoms when I was pg last year. Really nothing. My bbs weren't even sore! But I guess every pregnancy can be different? What's going on with you these days? Is your little pumpkin with you this weekend? Rob's playing in a hockey championship game today, so that will be fun to watch. Then I plan to knit for a couple hours. I'm working on a sweater for a class and I'm waaay behind! Probably do some housecleaning today, too. Fun!
Yeah, besides the little burning sensations I had in my right boob only, they came and went, I didn't have anything besides "psycho chick" nuttiness on what i assume was implantation day. Maybe it is good that DH noticed a difference in your bbs :)! You never know. How many DPO are you? When do you see your gyno? (Did you make an appt with an RE?)
I am soooooooooooo pulling for you!!! We have had a few BFP lately so maybe you are next!!! HUGS! keep us informed!!
I'm 9 dpo today. We see our OB on Wednesday, but hopefully that will end up being for a beta and not a preconception visit.
My bbs have been incredibly sore all week and I have had had a ton of cramping but I didn't have any yesterday. Weird. I've had creamy white CM a few days but not every day.
My temps (not BBT) have gone back up in the 98 range. Yesterday they were in the 97's.
If that was implantation I can test 2 days after, right?
Thank you for pulling for me. You are sooooo sweet!!!! I'm pulling just as hard for you!!!!!
Thank you so much for your good wishes. I hope you and your partner will get good news very very soon and be able to move forward. I am feeling pretty hopeful this month and so afraid to be disappointed again.
oh sue i am getting sooo excited for you its all sounding good!!!! i got a bfp last december at 11dpo ( even though it was a chemical) so sure you can test in 2 days time but remember a lot of ladies dont even get a positive till later so dont get discouraged if you do see a negative i am on cd3 today starting to think it aint never going to happen but i need to normalise my thyroid before it will happen is what my endocrinoligist said anyway good luck praying hard for you i want to see your BFP post up this week ok!
let us know
I think the orange cm is a positive sign ?!? Did your temps only dip for one day & then go back up? Mine are down for a second day. Usually they stay up till 13-14 DPO & I'm only 10 DPO today. Hopefully they'll shoot back up tomorrow :)
Hi! Thank you so much for your prayers! I got a + on 12 dpo last year and a neg on 11 dpo, so I know it can change in just one day. I see my OB on Wednesday for a preconception visit but I hope it turns out to be a beta instead!!!
I hope everything with your thyroid gets worked out very soon and you can get back to TTC!!!
range ?? Google it & see what you find. I will, too :) Have you had any cramping? This morning I started getting a burning/cramping feeling above & below my belly button. Have you had that before?
just to let you know high temps for me only went up by a few points my normal is low 97's and when i got my BFP it was only in the high 97's. so it dosent need to change alot. also about your BB's mine didnt really start to change untill about 5weeks along. but the cramping your talking about i had that since iui day and its just now starting to go away and im 6wks 3days. and i would say the last two maybe three days were cramp free. so i would say everything but the BB's sound promissing. GOOD LUCK
My nipples are totally normal looking now, it was just that one night they looked a bit larger. I tried to Google orange cervical mucus, but found nothing, really. I just hope it's implantation bleeding. I think it's odd to have so much fluid a week before AF is due. What do you think? Last year when I was pg my bbs were not sore at all, and they have been very sore all week.
Hi there,
I've seen and commented on some of your previous posts and really truly hope this is it for you! You seem like such a lovely and enthusiastic lady who deserves nothing more than to have a sticky wee bean. I think scienceteacher makes a good point: I don't know if the change in your bb's can be related to pregnancy if you just experienced implantation. My bb's (colour, size and tenderness) kills me every month. I always note some sort of change, think I am pregnant (finally!) and then the dreaded old familiar shows up.
But I think your orange CM is a great sign! I did a quick look online and couldn't find anything about orange CM. But thought this might be of use:
Some women notice an increase in cervical mucous during early pregnancy. It is helpful to know what your typical cycle is like. If you normally have very dry cervical mucous and notice an increase in cervical mucous before your period starts, this could be an indicator that you are pregnant. However, as with any pregnancy symptom, it is not necessarily meaningful. Keep in mind that some women notice changes like breast tenderness, frequent urination, or increased cervical mucous even when they are not pregnant. Still if you ask women who have been pregnant before, many of them describe seeing creamy cervical mucous or sticky cervical mucous during the early part of their pregnancies. While this pregnancy symptom may not give you a clear indication of pregnancy, you may want to monitor your cervical mucous at the end of your cycle. Many women find it difficult to distinguish between normal cervical mucous and pregnancy cervical mucous. If you have been pregnant before it may be easier for you to tell if the cervical mucous you are seeing resembles “pregnant” cervical mucous. Either way, watching your cervical mucous may help you to determine what your own body’s natural patterns are. And, if you have been experiencing other pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness or nausea, the added symptom of increased vaginal
That was so wonderful of you to send! Thank you so much! I was also thinking the orange CM could be old blood from implantation. Man! I want this much it's just insane!!! You are so kind to say such nice things. You made my whole afternoon!
I'm so silly! I'm 10 dpo and I tested. Of course it was neg. I'm not discouraged or anything, just think I'm a totally pathetic POAS!!! 2 more days until our anniversary. Maybe we'll get a huge present? This morning when I brushed my teeth
RE: orange cm
You know, this cycle I had some weird looking cm at 12 dpo along with mild back cramping. Cm was not orange but it just looked dirty, like it was mixed with dirt (sorry tmi). I had that for one day and then it went away. I got my bfp 2 days later. I think that weird cm is a good sign.
crossed for you!
I'm not to sure about orange CM - but when I was p/g with my son, I had different colored CM, so I tested right away and had my BFP - I think I was 12 DIUI. I can't really remember what it looked like though, it was in 2006....
About the bleeding while brushing teeth - I had never had that until I was p/g - seriously. It would look like that was a massacre (ok not that much...) in the sink!! My teeth and gums have always been very healthy! I think these are good signs for you!!!
How have you been feeling? I hope well. Sounds like the "dirt" was old blood from implantation bleeding. I hope the orange CM is the same for me. I had the orange CM 2 days ago, tested today, but it was negative. I think 10 dpo is too early to test, though. I'll test tomorrow am and then the next day and see what happens. We see the OB tomorrow morning at 9:45. I'll see if he will do a beta. Last year I got a + on 12 dpo but a - on 11 dpo, so there's lots of hope for 12 dpo! It would be the most amazing anniversary present for us!
I thought it was kind of weird that my gums bled his morning. I take pretty good care of my teeth. I brush and floss everyday. I will see if they bleed tonight, too. I wondered if this might be a symptom. The only symptom I had last year was cramps for a few days a week before AF was due. If I am pg now, I will be amazed at how different the symptoms could be.
The symptoms I've had for the last week have been:
~sore bbs
~creamy white CM
~orange CM
~cramps
~headaches
~weepiness
~a lot of clear slimy CM
~tight feeling in uterus area
~bloating
If these are all in my head I'm going to check myself into the nuthouse!!
You're so welcome! I don't know! I experience symptoms every month! :) This is our 6th cycle. Its been tough. We got pregnant on our 2nd try but it ended up being ectopic (that was traumatizing). Since then, nothing. I'm on progesterone so I've blaming all symtoms (symptoms) on that. I've been exhausted (I blame that on progesterone!) and been feeling a little sick at times (I blame that on acid reflux!) and my husband said my bbs look bigger (I blame that on being bloated from the meds! I was on clomid and gonal-f) So I've just been waiting and waiting to see what happens on Friday.
You're so funny! Maybe all those are actually pregnancy symptoms! I hope hope hope they are!
I'm so sorry to hear about your ectopic. That must have been really horrible. We lost our baby boy at 20 weeks last August, so I know what the loss of a baby feels like.
I'm keeping everything crossed for you too! Don't read too much into symptoms (or try not to!) It just going to drive you crazy! Thursday is right around the corner! I'm wishing you all the best and nothing but happy, positive thoughts!
It was the worst day of our life. But we are doing pretty well now. We just want to get pg again so badly to fill that void, you know? We have moved on for the most part, but still feel stuck in a lot of ways.
I know! I know! I shouldn't read into every symptom but it's so haaarrrddd!!!
Speaking of which, I would like to add 2 more symptoms:
~big thick blue veins on my chest and some around my stomach
~acne on my back and arms
Good luck and I hope it works out. But ZUZ is right. Don't read into the symptoms. I did with the first one (had every sign) and nothing. The 2nd IUI had zero symptoms including a day 10 BFN (or so I thought, backache from h*** was the only one) and I got a great surprise that I was 3 days later. I really, really, really hope you are though.
GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!!! How were your gums last night?
It may be TMI but when I was p/g I was either really wet or extremely dry down there, so I wouldn't be concered that everything seems to have dried up.... Oh, I soooo hope this is it for you!!! Let us know ASAP!!!
I'll be looking for the thread tomorrow :)
It'll be ok no matter what! I can totally relate to the nervousness! I'm going in on Friday! Hopefully, this will be it for us! I'm rooting for you! :)
Negative test today. Feeling pretty sad. It's not over yet. AF isn't due until Monday. Really happy about our anniversary, though! Going for a fancy-shmancy dinner tonight with my amazing husband! Will test again tomorrow and see how it goes. Promise to keep you all posted!
I'm so sorry to hear about your baby boy! I know exactly how you feel, about wanting to fill that void. I just lost my daughter when i was 36 weeks. I delivered her on Dec 17,2007 so we are hoping to get preg very soon! We got preg naturally with her, and also in sept of 2005(ended in m/c at 8 weeks), but we are doing clomid/hcg/iui to hopefully make it happen sooner. This will be our 3rd iui, 4th month ttc'ing since our daughter was born. Af just showed for me today, but it was no suprise, i had no symptoms. My appointment is this sat and i will start clomid 100 mg again ( produced 2 follies last month on 100mg, so hoping for the same result this time!) then hcg shot on june 5th then iui on the 7th. I really hope you are preg, but if not, just keep trying! God will bless us when the time is right. At least we know your son and my daughter are in Heaven watching over us, and God is taking care of them until we get there to take over! Good luck to you sweetie, and God bless! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!!
Oh my God. 36 weeks! May I ask what happened to her? That is just so awful...
Today has been tough. I feel very very sad. Sat at my desk in my tiny little office and hid behind my monitor as the tears slipped down my cheeks. I work with 3 guys and I just felt so alone with my pain.
I know there's still a chance for this month, but I just feel so sad. I will make an appointment with the fertility doc as soon as possible.
Thank you for sharing your story and for thinking of me.
Hugs coming at you - do you feel them :) Hang in there, we are with you. Go out and ahve a good time tonight and be excited that you have such a wonderful husband. Hug him tight and you guys will be fine. Keep peeing n sticks and watch that poo :) hee hee!!!
Thanks for the hug. I will definitely enjoy our date tonight. (Rob's and mine, not yours and mine.) Peein' on a stick again tomorrow, I guess. Not feeling terribly hopeful, though...
Kayln had a really tight knot in her cord, and it was wrapped around her neck twice. Of course no one knew what happened to her until she was born. It seems so rare, a cord accident. But i've looked up online and have seen so many women who have had stillborn's like me, and they were all pretty much due to some kind of cord accident. The percentage of that happening is so low, and it's truely a blessing it doesn't happen more often. I'm just sorry it happened to my baby. I feel i SHOULD have known, but of course, i had no way of knowing. It's just being her mommy, i would do anything for her. I'm so sorry about your baby boy! It doesn't matter how far along you are when you lose your baby, 4 weeks, 20 weeks, 36 weeks.... you will always have a void in your life not having that baby here. No matter how many more babies come, kayln will always be in my heart, just like your little boy will be in yours. No one can ever get over the loss of their child, just try to cope with life without having them here. I hope you are doing well, and if you ever want to talk i'm easy to find. I have SO many memories of Kayln, her kicks, her hiccups, when she pooched her little butt out ( that was the cutest),i will always cherish the time i had with her, just like you will always cherish everything you went through with your son! Good luck to you and God bless!
