Hi Julie,
Thanks for your reply. Yes We did gone through our IUI process for 4 cycles and all of them were failures. After these failures my Doc suggested me to go through these tests ( Fragmentation & Survival), for which results are not encouraging.
As per my knowledge, the DNA fragmentation with below or equal to  15% , Sperm can result in to a successful conception. I was suggested to undergo some medication for atleast 3 months to reduce the %ge of Defragmentation. I really dont know how long it can take to reduce the 85% to 15 and below. My wife is in her early 30's.

Thanks

Hi there, I don't have much information about DNA fragmentation tests for sperm quality. They are not completely conclusive of male infertility and I have read that it can be improved over time with medication. Since all the test results for your wife have come out normal, (the woman's test results are far more crucial to fertility than a man's!!) I believe that your chances for success at IVF look very good at the moment. Of course it all depends on your wife's age too.

Have you given a thought about going through a few cycles of IUI first? If you're already consulting with an RE, then they might be able to nail down the percentage of success rate of an IVF cycle for you. I wish you guys all the very best:))

lots of luck,
Julie
