Day 2 transfer and success

My husband and I are new to infertility. We had our egg retrieval on Friday (3/18) and the embryo transfer on 3/20. We implanted 2 embryos. They were 4 celled. We did ICSI. Nothing on the internet talks about the success of Day 2 transfer. Has anyone had success? The wait is killing me. Everyday I want to take a hpt. When can I take a hpt based on others experience?

There are really no clinics in the US that do 2 day transfers anymore.  The mostly try for day 5 transfers but if not, they do a 3 day transfer.  It's really hard to tell the quality of the embryos at day 2.  (I have found this all out the hard way)  Anyway, having said that, I did get preggers on a 2 day transfer, but unfortunately miscarried.
