Depo Shot

I started taking the depo shot in March 2007. I only had one more shot after that in June. Ever since I started taking it my period has been completely messed up. Now I want to ttc, but I don't know when I'll be able to. I don't know if I sound stupid, but does anyone have any information about this type of stuff?

I took the Depo for about a year.  My period was messed up as you say yours is.  I finally got off and the Dr. told me that it would take about 6 months before it was completely out of my system.  We didn't start ttc until 2 years later, and we did have problems.  But I don't think Depo caused our infertility.
