Do I have a teratospermia ?

Hello,

My wife and I have being tried to have a baby for 2 years. My last exam, last month, informed 360 millions of sperms in 4.5 ml of volume.

However, the unique problem I see in the sperm exam is that de numbers of normal sperm morphology is 12%, and the anormal is 88%. Probably because of my left testicle that is a little bit smaller due a hit when I was a child. And I also have already checked that I don´t have varicoceles.

Could you tell me that I have a teratospermia ?

Instead of this problem, do I still get a chance to pregnant my wife ?
