Donor Sperm

Hubby and I have decided to go this route
we chose our anaynomous donor last week now we just have to wait until day one of my cycle
my eggs are fine, it is my hubby who has poor sperm mobility
I just hope this works, it is our final attempt
Anyone have good sucess with donor sperm - with male infertility issues???

Does your husband smoke, is he around a lot of heat that would be exposed to down below?!?!?  Someone told me that you should have your man take Vit. C.  It is suppose to help his sperm... G'luck and keep me updated with your route!!

Good Luck - we are in a similar situation as you, however the roles are reversed. We used donor egg b/c the quality of mine at 27 are really like I should be 80. (I'm not even sure that at 80 you still have any, so if that tells you anything - but I'm sure SOMEWHERE out there, there is an 80 yr old still going strong just to prove me wrong).  :o)

We too hopes this works, because this is our 2nd round and $37,000 later - so we're almost out of means to keep trying!!

I have never done this but my ex-mother in law did because her husband could not have children and it worked for them!  When I met her she was 7 months + pregnant with her son (now 10) ( My ex-husband and I were nearly 17).  I don't know if it worked the first time because I wasn't around then, but he is a healthy little boy now!  Good luck!!!

My hubby does not smoke but he does work around dangerous chemicals
you name the vitamin he takes it
I just hope this donor sperm works the first time because we are also out of means soon
