Donor Sperm semen analysis

My husband & I are doing IUI with donor sperm.
Could you help me understand the semen analysis results from a thawed sample of donor sperm?
I understand that a frozen sample is not going to be as good as a fresh sample....with that in mind....
Are these number good? Are they above normal or below normal ? Thanks

Concentration - 154 million
total count - 86 million
motility - 36%
Progression - 3.0
Total Motile Count - 31 million

I am not sure about the numbers but I wanted to wish you the best of luck. My DH and I are forced to use donor sperm too! We will be getting ready for IVF #2 soon but I have to have surgery first.
