Due anytime Summer 2012

mhv
Hi ladies.  I know it's kind of early for me, being only 7wks 5days along, to start this, but I wanted to start sharing this journey with others due around the same time as me.

I know many of us (me included) are afraid to put ourselves out there this early, afraid that something might go wrong, but I have known so many of you for you long, that I just couldn't wait any longer to start sharing experiences with you.  I have never been this far along in a pregnancy, and am so sure I am going to have tons of questions.

I am expecting twins, and am still in shock! :)  We have a due date of Aug 9th, but It will probably be more like July 26th, due to it being twins
I feel pretty good most of the time,  but if I don't eat every 2-3 hrs, the babies let me know it!

Just wondering how everyone else is feeling, and wondering if anyone else has questions we can help each other with....

Hugs!!!

I'm so glad everybody is doing ok besides the common pregnancy symptoms, and our babies are growing just fine. I had my OB appointment and 4D ultrasound this morning. The doctor said the baby is growing fine, his HR was 145. She prescribed me Zofran for the Nausea and told me to visit a Chiropractor for the back pain.
The 4D U/S was the best, at first he was looking at my back but fortunately he turned, he had his eyes open all the time, was moving around, sucking his thumb and sticking his tongue out. I was great that my parents and my DH got the chance to see him and share this moment with us.
I have an appointment with the perinatologist Monday and will have another US. My OB appointments will be every two weeks from now on, and hopefully on my next appointment she will be able to tell me the C-section date. We are all getting so close. Just 8 more weeks to go.
Oh I'm waiting for the baby shower next weekend to wash the rest of his clothes and pack the hospital bag.

Hi ladies :)  Great to see we are all still hanging in there!  We are getting sooooo close!  It's been awesome to have you all to share it with! :)

I need to get my hospital bag packed.... We need to get two more coming home outfits.  We have a set for boy/girl so we need to get 1 more just in case. haha!

I went for my first Non-stress test for the twins yesterday.  I have to go 2x's a week now.  I ended up  being there for 2 1/2 hours ( suppose to be 20 minutes or so) because baby b was kind of sluggish.  But they didn't tell me to eat close to my appt... and we were all 3 hungry!  haha!!  Anyway, I had to end up having an u/s and everything was just fine.

On a brighter note, Baby B is now head down!!!!  Now if I can just get Baby A to flip.... I will have a chance of a vaginal delivery!! Fingers are crossed!!

I have a new bump pic I will be posting shortly :)
My tummy is growing! :)
I gained a pound since my last appt, so now up to 26lbs total :)

Haley and Juana- I had my hospital bag packed a couple days after I got out of the hospital when I was there for the pre term labor. Figured just in case.

Juana- glad to hear Jacob is doing well.

Now that we are all getting closer and closer I start to worry when I don't hear from this group. I hope all is well with everyone.

I started to pack my hospital bag - just in case;-)
All of the baby blankets, clothes and bedding are clean and ready waiting in the drawers and closet.
The nursery is not completely ready yet- I need to clean the windows and decorate it.
Congratulations on moving to a new house!!! But I also know how stressful it can be (we bought a house 3 years ago and it's still not the way I want it to be..)  so try to stay calm and positive as much as possible.
3 weeks to go at work - how exciting!!!!
Are you planning to deliver naturally or they scheduled a c-section?
Take care! xoxo

Hi Juana,

glad to hear you and Jacob are doing well and measuring well. Yes i feel the same as you, havent been able to write here much, i blame it on the hormones.
I will be 30 weeks tomorrow. very excited and no long to go. We have moved into our new house but havent had the chance to put the nursery together yet or even assemble the cots. Perhaps next week.. After that i will need to wash most of the babies clothes and then put together my hospital bag.

Have you or anyone put togerther their hospital bag yet? Cant wait to do that.

Im still at work for another 3 weeks and then i go on maternity leave for at least 6-12 months.

Wish everyone well and happy healthy babies. xoxo
