Early pregnancy signs at CD25?? help :S

Hi all,

We have been trying to concieve (conceive) for 6 months, i have a child (took me 4 years to concieve (conceive)) and trying again for past 6 months, i have pcos and been using medhelp to track my ovulation which is helping.  

Currently im on CD25 but today which i dont usually have ive been feeling sick, and had heartburn.... first thing this morning the heartburn came but nausa this afternoon.  I also have needed the toilet more today then usual.. and nothing different has happened today....

is it possible to have this far early preg symptoms? with my daughter i felt sick but cannot remember when it started and i didnt know i was preg until i was 6 weeks, because id had terrible periods.

Can anyone advise me? thank you
