Egg Maturity

Hello! Just wanted to see if there was anyone else who has had problems with their eggs maturing? My most recent cycle I had 14 eggs retrieved but only 3 of them were mature. My follicle sizes were really good around the 16-22 size when I had my last scan but for some reason the eggs just aren't maturing. They tried to hold off my trigger injection lttle bit longer and also reduce my level of medication so that I produce less eggs but have better quality but it did not work. Not sure whether to do another cycle as it is so dissapointing when it happens. Would love to know if anyone else has this problem and what they did to help you. Thanks!

Hi, I too recently finished a cycle with a very emotional and devastating BFN. We went to consult with our dr last week and she said that she was very happy with the 10 eggs she retrieved, but very surprised as to how quickly my eggs diminished. She said with my age, 29, she was expecting at least 5 or 6 to mature, but sadly only three did and one of them was a BC quality.  She said that the only information we have to understand this was my AMH level, which is 1.25. She is going to push me a little harder this next cycle by getting more eggs in hopes of finding a good egg.  She said that she see's people like me and my husband (he has sperm issues: 43% motility, low volume, and 1& morphology) get pregnant everyday.  Don't loose hope, I know it's hard...every day is different. I was thinking of maybe looking into herbal supplements as well, but that is also so expensive.
