Embroy Transfer 2ww

Hello my name is Deanna.  I recently had embroys transfer 12 days ago.  I'm currently on daily night shots of Progesterone.  I'm almost throught the 2ww!  Thank God!!  A little concern have taken 2 HPT both are negative and today I have some brown discharge its not blood but has me freaked out.  Wed is our blood test.  Does all this mean IVF failed?

I had a 6 day transfer and on the next 2days I had heavy cramping.  Now I just feel like i'm about to start my period.  I have my blood test on the 24th and I'm going crazy.  I've also done 2 HPT and they were neg.  Good luck to all

It was comforting to read this post. I am also in the 2ww. Transfer was last Wed. I took two hpt and both were negative. This is our second attempt. I feel no symptoms, no brown discharge (I've been informed that is a good sign because of implanation bleeding) does everyone have that if pregnant?

I think the reasons for a negative at this point could be late implantation, slowly rising hcg levels, or the test strips not being nearly as sensitive as the blood test.
I'll say a little prayer for you on Wednesday.

Oh Thank you.  I've been a basket case all day. Your response made my day.  I'll keep you posted.  Why do you think the HPT are given negative response?

I had my embryo transfer (three day 3 embryos) on Saturday (12/15). I've been having brown spotting since the day of my egg retrival.  Dr. said it was just old blood, no concern.  I always tell this story, but my sister-in-law had negative HPT the day before her beta test, with both of her pregnancies from IVF.  Your negative HPT does not mean IVF has failed.  Good luck.

thank you.  I've been trying for the last 2 years to have a baby.  This is our first attempt at IVF.  I shouldnt done the HPT. I couldn't help myself the 2ww was driving me nuts.  I'm hoping to day the embroys implantated and the HPT was to soon.  Keep you posted.  Thanks for your well wishes.
