Estrace Anyone?

Hi Ladies,

I went in for my follicle check today, and there are a few growing (day 12) but my uterine lining was just over 5 mm so it was measuring a little thin.  The nurse wanted to put me on estrogen for the next couple weeks to try and build up the lining.  I am on 2 mg of Estrace (actually the generic is called estradiol) which is inserted vaginally.  It's just a little pill that I am supposed to put in my vagina I guess.

Anyone else taken this before????

Nope but I will be in 2 weeks as prep for IVF. Talk to you then :)

I took estrace 4mg in pill form. I started taking it at the beginning of the IVF process and just got finished taking it this past Friday. I am 8.5 weeks pregnant right now.

Alli - Did you take it orally then? It is safe then to take in early pregnancy?
