Estradiol level Day 6 IVF cycle

I am on day 7 of my Gonal-F injections. Started at 300 IU /300IU /225 IU (day 1, 2, 3 respectively). After bloodwork  on day 4 and u/s (estradiol 565 and lead follicles 12mm and 13mm) reduced to 75 IU / 112.5 IU (day 4, 5 respecitvely). After bloodwork day 6 and u/s (estradiol 1265 and lead follicles 15mm and 14mm) changed to 112.5 IU / 75 IU (day 6 and 7 respectively). I am going in for more bloodwork on day 8 and another u/s. Considering the above information, when would it be presumed that I would take the HCG/trigger shot?? They say my response is excellent, I just do not know optimum Estradiol level an dlead follicle sizes for egg retrieval.
Any advice??

Hi!  I don't know the answer to your question & I do not know a whole lot about IVF, but I just want to say Good Luck to you.  

I think your estradiol levels and follicle sizes look great!  My RE mentioned to me that for his IVF patients they retrieve eggs from follicles sized 16 mm all the time...   And they look for estradiol to be 200 per each mature follicle.  I bet you have several follies growing if your estradiol is so high.  That sounds great!  

I hope others will chime in here and give you there experiences with IVF.
