Evening Primrose Oil

Hi everyone

I am thinking to take Evening Primrose oil capsules orally from this cycle to improve my Cervical mucous.

Do you have suggestions regarding this? Has anyone taken in before and been successful?
or anyone's doctor has prescribed it ??

I was searching on google for things to improve my CM and i could see that  Evening primrose oil was all over the place!!

I also read on many sites that women actually swear by it ..like they do for preseed..

I currently take EPO from the cd1 to O date, and have been for about 3 cycles now.  I haven't been successful with a pregnancy yet, but I have noticed an improvement in my cm.  Before, I had very little cm.  Now I have "noticible" cm so I know it is working.  

If you do use it, be sure to stop taking it after your O date because if you do get pregnant, EPO shouldn't be taken during pregnancy.
