FALLOPIAN ROTATION

Hi there. I just recently had a HSG done and the report says I have fallopian rotation, so the doctor told me that I needed to have surgery in order to correct this and ttc.  He says it isn't for sure I can get pregnant even with the surgery.  I wonder if someone has gone through the same situation and what did she do.
