FET AFTER A FAILED IFV

Hello,
  I just went thru my first IVF cycle and just yersterday I got the news my test was negative, by far means I am devistated but luckly I still have 3 frozen embies, I dont know if I should FET all 3 remaining embies or do 2, on another note has anybody had success with FET? Thanks :(

Hi! I'm really sorry that your cylce did not work for you! i just found out this past monday that my 3rd cycle did not work for me as well. we will be moving onto ivf#4 hopefully next month some time. either way i just wanted you to know that it all depends on how many of your embryos will make it through the thawing process. some people put back two but some people take a chance with all 3. as far as people having success, YES! there are quite a few women with success. there is another forum that i go on and just absolutely love! they have a specific thread for fet successes that women post on. it's so inspiring!! follow this link...

First of all, I'm sorry your fresh cycle didn't work.  I know the devastation this causes.  It's so hard.  I have empathy for you.  I was in a very similar situation.  My fresh cycle was negative.  We had two embryos to freeze.  We had decided that during our FET we were going to implant both of the embryos.  But during the thaw process, only one of them survived.  So we just implanted the one little embryo that we had left.  That was on February 23rd and now I am 11 weeks pregnant!!  So there is definitely the chance of SUCCESS with a FET!!  Even if you only have one embryo to implant!!  I have heard of a LOT of women not getting pregnant during their fresh cycle, but their frozen cycle working.  So please don't give up hope or lose the faith!
