FSH LH

Hi i m 24 years old, i just got blood reports done And my FSH and LH tests done.i hv got FSH=4.0 mIU/ml and LH = 32.4 mIU/ml  , prolactin =10.8 ng/mL  , TSH= 2.43 micro IU/ml. So wats the actual problem, wat should be the actual i mean normal FSH LH ratio for a women, whether its the problem related to polycystic ovaries. whether  its difficult to get pregrant with this FSH LH ratioo?? So can you please give me the suggestions wats actually the problem ??

What cycle day was this test done? (Day 1 being the first day of your period).

Actually my period was irregular.Last month August 5th my period wants to be happened but it didnt.My last periodic cycle happened on july 5th.so after that till now my periods didnot happened.So this test was done on August 28th.actually wat happened to me i mean wat my actual problem?Please do mail me sir/madam.

I wanted to clarify one thing madam whether the LH ratio what i got that is 32.4mIU/ml will it cause any constipation?? Please do reply to my present and previous questions. i m eagerly waiting for ur response madam.
