Fallopian Tube Surgery

I am 19 years old. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while now. I got pregnant last year(2010) and had a miscarriage. This year(2011) I got pregnant. Last week(Monday May 16th) I went in the ER and found out that I had an ectopic(Tubal) pregnancy. So, I had to get my right fallopian tube removed. Now, my question is Can I still get pregnant with 1fallopian tube? Advise would help.. Thank you
