Does anyone know how long you will have preg symptoms after taking Ovidrel trigger shot? I took the shot 7 days ago and only the last 2 days I have been exhausted and my breasts are very tender. I cannot take a preg test til next Thursday but I am so anxious. Just wondering of it could be early signs of preg?

The trigger shot stays in your system for up to 10 days...but it's usually the progesterone that causes tender breasts. Best of luck!!!

I had symptoms two days after I took the shot, up until I received unfortunately received AF. It's going to be tough to tell whether you are pregnant or not until after 10 days, but everyone is different. Good Luck!
