Fertility After Mirena Removal

Hey There Everyone! I know this question has been posted before but I can't seem to read any answers that really help....

I am 29 years old, mom to 2 boys ages 7 and 3. I am TTC after having my Mirena IUD removed. I only had it in place for 4 months and was MISERABLE the entire time--cramps, headaches, the works......I had the Mirena removed at the beginning of August. On August 27th, I bled a little bit---red at first, and then 2 days of brownish blood..and then it stopped...Was that a period???? I am fairly regular ever since I had my boys but my periods STOPPED for the months I was on Mirena. My husband and I have been having sex most every night.....When would it be likely for me to conceive??

Thanks for any help.

I removed my IUD in 07/07 and took me 21 months after that to conceive.. usually you can try to have baby right away...

When I was on Merina... i don't have much period.. just a light spot then it's gone... After IUD removed... my period irregular for awhile... After 6 months of trying... i went to see specialist and the doctor put me on infertility medicines.

If both of you are trying for more then 6 months... seek medical professional help.. They will able to help you.
