in 95' and no pregnancies after that until last month, and I miscarried again. I weigh a lot less now than I did back then I am sure that has something to do with it. What is frustrating and disheartening is another loss.
My question is-Has anyone had any luck with fertility monitors?
I want to become pregnant again but I am so scared of another loss. I don't know if I can handle it again.
(but I was using the monitor for awhile before I found out). It's easy to use.
It's expensive, though (I think) and the stupid little sticks come in a three month pack... so it's like $50 for 3 months, but you have to buy 3 months.
But it worked for us. I got pregnant with no meds in January, bu m/c a couple weeks ago.
It doesn't work with all drugs, though. The manual says it may not read right with Clomid. So just be prepared.
I found my monitor on ebay... new, but cheaper than CVS was selling it for.
I was in a test group for the OVwatch. It looks like a watch you can wear while you sleep. It is a little expensive (think they told us $140), but it does its job. It tells you what days you are fertile very clearly. It is unfortunately very uncomfortable to sleep with (if you put your hands
under our pillow :).
