Fertility Question

Do hangy/long labia minora make it more difficult for a women to become pregnant?

I have to be on the top most of the time as my partner has a disability. Could this also make it hard to become pregnant? My partner possibly has a low sperm count (as we found out from a Semen Analysis Test). We have been having unprotected intercourse now for 18 & a half months and I have not become pregnant yet. Do you have any suggestions? If you do, that would be greatly appreciated.

no the position and your labia size have no affect on fertility.
his low sperm count might be the problem.
do you ovulate regularly? have you ever charted to show when you ovulate?
a great read is a book called "taking charge of your fertility" that is full of great information as to how your body works and how to maximize your chances.
since it's been more than a year, i recommend you see your doctor.  they can run some basic tests (timed blood tests and a dye study to see if your tubes are normal) and repeat your partner's semen analysis to see what is going on.
