Fibroids

Well the MRI showed I had fibroids in my uterus They were checking for adenomyosis (endo of the uterus) I do not know if I have that or not as I haven't spoken to my doctor I've had two failed ivf cycles three failed iui cycles and been going at this for 8 years total every test I have done is fine I have had endo removed three times via lapo surgery I just am wondering what's next

i had 3 fibroids removed and got pregnant that cycle with IVF
they didn't pick them up on your saline ultrasound (mock transfer) prior to your IVF?
my fibroids were removed with a d&c and i was able to continue with the IVF cycle as scheduled.

They say that they are tiny do they are not worried with them I am having laparoscopic surgery again for endo this will be the 4th time and he is doing an endometrial biopsy
