First IUI-Male factor

I am starting my first IUI cycle at the beginning of February, when AF arrives. I am extrememly nervous, and hopeful. I have a little girl from a previous relationship, so know that I am able to get pregnant. They say I may have slight PCOS but Letrozole will correct it for the cycle. My DH had a SA after a year of trying, came back that his volume and total count was good, but his concentration was at only 10.6 m/ml and normal forms only at 1%. My RE immediately suggested IUI and did not think that IVF should be considered at this point. She has put me on Letrozole CD3-7 and trigger shot CD 14, with IUI 36 hours later. My question is if anyone has had success with a similar story, and/or some inspiration. I am so nervous, I can stand it. I just hope and pray it works for us. We are lucky enough to have about enough money for 4 cycles saved up, but not sure what we would do after that, our insurance does not cover any infertility. I also hear that it usually works within the first 4 cycles if it is going to work. Please share your thoughts. Thanks!
