Follicle size
I am new to this board and have a question....this is my first cycle for IUI and seem to be responding very slowly to Clomid. I took 200 mg days 3 - 7 and had an ultrasound on day 12. The follicles were small. I have gone for 3 more u/s and at the last one follicle measured 14mm and a few at 11 - 12 mm. I go again on Monday for another u/s that will be cd24 seems very late to me? The nurse said my lining is 8.6 and the follicles are growing larger at each u/s so she thinks my body is just working slow. Anyone else a slow responder?
My follicles grow slowly also. I am taking 100mg of clomid and by day 13 they are about 1.8-2cm. The doc likes to see them 2 cm. The first couple of cycles my follicles grew but not to 2cm don't give up! Oh ya I have polycystic ovarian syndrome that plays a role in having small eggs but I am not sure what role!
