Follicle sizes how big is to big??

Hi All.. Ok went today for bloodwork and ultrsound, have 3 follicles on left side sizing from 30.5/ 24.5/ 13,none on the right side.. I hope that those sizes are not to big??does that seem to big? or is it just me?? I guess I now I just wait on bloodwork, what happens when they are that big, ultrasound tech didnt seem like that was a good thing and just said we'll have to wait on bloodwork... my Regular tech was out .. what a day for a new one..lol .. Im not sure she knew what to tell me .. my fingers are crossed .. and to all BABY DUST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I have to say that I think your are really large....the ideal size from what I read is about 15-20  although my Dr said really between 15-18.  I did have two large but about 20 or 21.
Are you doing IVF?  When is your retrival?

Well from what I know, 30.5 is huge, but 24.5 is good and 13 is ok. But wouldn't bigger be better? So many ladies here try to get bigger follies and do not stimulate well, at least you don't have that problem. Let us know how it goes. Babydust to you...

My first IUI I had two - 24 and 22. They told me that was healthy and then I had the hCG shot to trigger ovulation and did the IUI the next morning.  This time around I had one 23 and 14.  They said that the one is great and the other is too small, as I was ovulating on my own and those would be the sizes to work with.  I said "what do you mean too small" and she said it wouldn't be a healthy enough egg to fertilize, so it will probably just disappear on it's own.  But the other one is great.  I've never had one measure in the 30's, but if your IUI or retrival was the next day then it's still good, I'm sure.  Let us all know!!
