HI girls!  So I started my clomid today...in the heatwave...can't wait for the hot flashes in my non- air conditioned classroom...that should be great...LOL.  I thought I was going to melt today.  I felt like a sweaty blob.  The kids were all so lethargic.  Today is CD3.  I can't wait for the 20th to see how many follicles I have.

Phenomenal-  Thank you very much for that nice compliment and your prayers!  I am very determined almost like hmmmm...on a mission..LOL.  I definately didn't start off this way.  When I found out I was preg. last year I was so scared and DH and I got used to it and well...it ended in m/c.  At that point I was devastated....and determined!  I'm now in the stage that whatever gets me preg. and takes the least amount of time is what I want to do.  I guess with my 2nd I will take my time....DH and I did IUI this month with no success.  So we'll see what happens this coming month...good luck to you!

Jen-  I've lived on the east coast my whole life so I've been through some hurricanes.  We've never been hit too hard though.  I think tornadoes are much worse b/c you don't know they are coming.  I just think of the Wizard of Oz...I know sounds stupid...LOL.  My family thinks it's stupid that I am so scared of storms.  I keep saying that I must've died in a tornado in a past life...LOL.   I dream about them a lot.   My clomid stayed the same this month.  It makes me a little nervous but my RE is confident that I will o.  Did you o last month?  I just want more then one follicle to up my chances but I only produce one except for the first month I was on clomid I had 2.  I just figures having more then one ups your chances.  Good luck!

Lamb-  Stay safe...did you get lots of rain?  I see all the flooding on the news.  You must be so worried...thinking of you!

Joyce-  What's new with you?  Af yet?

Toris-  I was thinking about you and I was wondering where you went.  I know how you feel about the IUI.  My Dh told me we would get divorced before he would do IUI.  It was such a HUGE fight.  It's all just very stressful.  Sometimes I want to stop trying but when you want something so bad it's impossible to quit.  We ended up doing IUI but I still got a BFN.  My RE thinks DH's sperm count was too low.  He wants to try it again to see if it goes up.  He ended up spilling half of his "sample" b/c he didn't out the lid on it right.  I'm sure you are making a good decision for you.  It is VERY hard to keep doing the RE's and stuff.  Take some time for yourself...keep us posted and good luck!

Itlyn-  You and I are pretty close in our cycles.  I'm CD3.  I just started my clomid today.  I know what you mean about the heat...AGH!!!  It is unbearable.  It feels like an oven outside.  My job is even worse.  Are you taking clomid this month?  Good luck!

Hello ladies how is everyone doing? As everyone knows I finally got AF on the 5th of June. Now I'm on CD 5 and AF is gone so now it's BDing time yay! It has been so hot here lately. In the high 90's it's CRAZY! I'm kinda happy I'm not 6 months pregnant like I should be. I would be DEAD. But then again I want to be pregnant no matter what. Even if I had to life in Texas where it's 110 degrees everyday just to be pregnant and have a healthy baby. BUT anyways so be and DH are going to BD like crazy and WAIT until AF is suppose to come this month. It feels like it such a LONG process. You get your period you bd like crazy to wait to see if your going to get AF. If you do then you start ALL over again. OMG it makes me want to go CRAZY!!!! But anyways I'm going to go watch the young & the restless and see what happens today. Yes I am obsessed with that show!!!!! Talk to you ladies later.

Hey ladies sorry I have been MIA.  The day before my IUI DH and I got into a heated argument and decided not to go.  I was devastated and really couldn't come on here because I knew that it would be hard to talk about babies when I didn't even have a chance this cycle.  We have decided that we are going to take a break from purposely trying to conceive (no meds and no doctor's intervention).  But we are still on a if it happens it happens kick.  Which was very hard for me to accept but know that its the best thing.  I am not abandoning you ladies as I see that we just keep getting more and more new faces but I won't be on everyday.  HOpe you ladies have a great day.

ashort - I would be terrified to be in a hurricane! :) Living in the midwest, we never experience that... just the tornadoes. We don't have a basement (which is why I'm trying to find another house :) But DH's parents own his grandpa's old house in town which has a cellar. We've gone there before - it's about 3-4 blocks away. I think you do get used to it around here, unless it actually hits your house or your town... There are a few towns around here that have been totally wiped out, with maybe one or two houses left standing... Greensburg, Kansas was one of them. I couldn't imagine going through all that. Lamb, it sounds like you guys had a pretty exciting night! That is too close! :)

Well, I finished up my Clomid yesterday... on 100mg this cycle instead of 50, so we will see how this works out. I think everytime I try something new, I get my hopes up really high thinking it's going to work this time. I need to try to not do that this time and just let everything happen as it happens, it's so much easier and less stressful that way.

ad_06: I'm glad you are feeling better... the insurance thing can be really tough. I've been pretty lucky so far as my dr is always telling them that it's due to the m/c, not infertility... so they are better about covering it that way.

Hello to everyone else! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!
