Frantic mother to be

I currently found out that I have a mass in my right tube.  They are unsure of what it is and don't know if it's en ectopic pregnancy because they see a normal uterin pregancy as well.  I am freaked out because I feel cramping, which i hear is normal, but how will I know when the cramping is not normal and more serious?  I am constantly worying if I am going to bust my tube or whatever it is is going to grow.  Has anyone out there ever experienced this?  If so please help with how to cope and destress.  Should I need to get it removed and risk losing the normal pregancy?  Any suggestions aprreciated.
