Frozen Embryo Transfer

I am 40yrs old and just had my first IVF cycle.  I had 17 eggs, 14 fertilized.  We transfered 4, all grade 2.  The day I found out i was pregnant I was diagnosed with Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome.  Unfortunately, I went in for emergency surgery the next day,they were able to save my ovaries.  At 81/2 weeks I miscarried.  I have 2 frozen blastocysts left.  What are my chances of concieving and maintaining a healthy pregnancy.

I wish you all the best!  I don't think anyone can really predict- sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.  I'm in the same boat- doing a FET next month after my failed IVF.  Good luck!!!

I also wish you the best. I am also 40yrs old and had my 1st IVF transfer fail due to my eggs not being as good as they would have hoped. Now we are going to try the donor egg, but it is a whole process to find someone that is in it for the right reasons.. yikes.. life stinks sometimes.. We are trying to be hopeful as should everyone else.
