Going CRAZY!!! Is one 250 mcg Ovidrel shot equal to 5,000 or 10,000 IU of HCG?

I keep finding both results everywhere!  However,  I feel a little better in that they only places I found it to say that one shot is equal to 10,000 IU is in posts on other sites of women saying that's what their doctors said.   But I found this site:

http://www.fertilitydr.com/fertility-drug-hcg.html

and it says it's only equal to 5,000.  Plus, on the packaging insert, it has this little chart comparing Ovidrel to 5,000 IU and it says this under the chart:

The safety and efficacy of Ovidrel® 250 μg administered
subcutaneously versus 5,000 IU of an approved urinaryderived
hCG product administered subcutaneously were
assessed in a second, randomized, multicenter study in
infertile women undergoing in vitro fertilization and
embryo transfer (Study 7648).

Why would it compare it to 5,000 if each shot was 10,000 - right?  It's gotta be equal to 5,000 - right?

AAAAHH!  I'm so scared that my 9.0 was just left over from my two Ovidrel shots.  It would be plausible if I did 20,000 IU - but much less likely (and more likely a BFP) if it was just 10,000 IU.

I also just read that every symptom I've been having, including the insomnia, could just be from the Progesterone suppositories.  :o(

Ok, I read on and I do think it's equal to 5,000 - here's the whole thing from one of the studies on the package, which is basically saying that when compared to the 5,000 IU, they were found to be "statistically equivalent"

Ovulation Induction (OI)
The safety and efficacy of Ovidrel® 250 μg administered
subcutaneously versus 5,000 IU of an approved urinaryderived
hCG product administered intramuscularly were
assessed in a double-blind, randomized, multicenter
study in anovulatory infertile women (Study 8209) which
was conducted in 19 centers in Australia, Canada, Europe
and Israel.
The primary efficacy parameter in this single-cycle study
was the patient ovulation rate. 242 patients entered
the study, of whom 99 received Ovidrel® 250 μg. The
efficacy of Ovidrel® 250 μg was found to be clinically
and statistically equivalent to that of the approved
urinary-derived hCG product.

I read the medical data sheet and it said that 250ug of Ovidrel is as effective as 5000 or 10000 IU of urinary-derived hCG-not equal to since one is urine derived hcg and Ovidrel is from hamster cells.  I looked at the pharmacokinetics which tells you how much can be measured in the blood, at what time the most amount can be measured, how fast it starts to leave the blood and I think you are fine.  1/2 what you inject is out of the blood in 30 hours and you lose the rest pretty quickly.  Your 9 appears to real.  Sorry to have to tell you, but I think you are pregnant. :)
Progesterone will give you every symptom of pregnancy.  Been on it 5 cycles and gotten them all.
