Going to buy hpt- 10dpt and feeling nothing

I have continued to feel less and less pregnant and am not going to wait anymore.  Leaving now to buy hpt.  It should be accurate today.  I guess this isn't really a question!

kreid2- I'm sorry to hear that:(  I am wondering whether the results are actually accurate today..  Also, my friend (who is 36 weeks pregnant now) took a couple tests in the beginning and got one false negative result - she had had too much water to drink or something so her pee wasn't concentrated enough.  Maybe something like that happened with you, too.

Thanks to everyone else, too, for your support.  I took the test and there was a light, but definite, line!  I was overjoyed with happiness in the CVS pharmacy where I took the test in the bathroom (!), but I don't want to get my hopes up.  Could be chemical, right?  Or could be trigger shot is still in my system?

congratulations!!!  i got a faint positive line too but i'm still worried!  have you taken more since 10dpt??  when is your beta?

I took one of those pregnant/not pregnant tests is that bad? Should I have gone with one with lines?!? Does it make a difference? I think I'm going to test again Tuesday morning (torture myself some more)

The benefits of the line tests (in my opinion) are that you might be able to keep taking the test and see whether the line gets darker or lighter with each test, plus it's cheaper.  i think the pregnant/no pregnant would work the same as the line test - no matter how faint the line would be on the line test, it would show up as "pregnant" on that kind of test.  so i don't think that would've affected your outcome.  but i still think it's worth retesting since there are other things that could've given you a false negative.

Yeah I'm thinking I'm going to test again at 12dpt bc it was a pack of two hpt. So just have to make it to Tuesday. My official bloodwork will be on Thursday this week at 14dpt though. Congrats on your bfp!! When do you go for a beta?!?

I tested again today - another faint line!  My beta is tomorrow.  I'm wondering whether my line should be darker?  I wish I had a 3rd hpt test (I just had 2 in my pack) so I could test again tomorrow morning.  My results probably won't be ready until tomorrow afternoon.  So tomorrow you'll be taking another hpt?  Let me know how it goes!

Yeah I'm going to test one more time bc I have another hpt. But my symptoms are pretty much gone. So I'm going to hope is positive tomorrow but not get my hopes up. I think I got food poisoning last night so I've been a little pre-occupied with that today while at work. The waiting for the results of the beta is the hardest & scariest. My symptoms are still waaaay reduced and yet I still got a darker line on hpt when I tested this afternoon.  3 tests, each darker than the other, so am assuming still pregnant even though losing symptoms.  There's still hope for us!  Some people get NO symptoms.

That's true. I rested this morning when I wokeup and got bfn. I'm going for official b/w on Thursday then hopefully my dr will call in a script of prometrium to start af so I can start tHe process again. I'm going to ask them to up the dosag on clomid though so I can get more follicles hopefully.

Sorry for the BFN again.  WIth chlomid, the max follicles you can get are 2 or 3, right?  I'm not sure now upping the dose would help, but I don't know much about clomid.  That's great you can start right away next cycle if this one doesn't work.  Good luck to you!!!!!

Idk what the max follicles are but in april when I got pregnant I had 4 follicles and then m/c at 10 weeks. And I'm not sure that I can start back up again right away but I won't get my af on my own though so idk.
Mel4141 could be trigger bu possily bfp. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed foryou. Test again at 14dpt should be accurate then.

Mel4141-  I think you just need to see a positive line and it means you're pregnant!  My RE said even by 10dp 2dt it would not be the trigger shot.  I had my beta test on 12dp 2dt in fact.  
So sounds like a congrats are in order!!  of couse, you still have to get past a few major hurdles - the beta test, the second beta test, the u/s, and the first trimester!  

aliaa82-  My transfer was on October 7th and my trigger shot (I only had one) was either two or three days before - can't remember.  

Kreid-  Hang in there.  4 follicles is a lot better than 2 which is what I had...

Hello again, Kreid2 know exactly how you feel, I am feeling very low, on 13dp 2dt and like I said on another post did hpt(2) very, very faint line on both but digital negative. Also I did take a test back on monday which showed a clearer positive line. Just wish tomorrow would bring a miracle, best wishes to you both melissax

Cramps are super intense at this point. I don't usually get my af on my own though so idk what it could be. They are right below the belly button though. Sharp pain. Apparently my beta test will be back tomorrow told me to call around 1. Which is perfect bc that's my lunch at work.

Melissa when I intially got pregnant in April before I m/c. I got three digital hpt pregnants and 5 line test negatives. So don't give up hope!! My re said each test reads a different amount of hcg in the urine. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for you. When do you go in for beta

Maria I am still holding hope that it's good news. Even with these cramps. The 2ww is the hardest to get through. My bday and dh bday same day in November. So I hope our bday month brings you LOTS of luck! I'll definetely post when I hear from my re tomorrow.

Got my beta back was .6 and then af reared her ugly head. These cramps are unbearable.  Go back Tuesday to do b/w & u/s for day 5. Hopefully start on higher dosage of clomid and start all over again

I am so sorry for both of you.  MEL, you got a miracle the natural way once so there's definitely a decent chance it'll happen again. Have faith and try to relax..and it'll happen! :)

Thank you for your comment, we are very lucky and in fact its made me even more determined to move forward and try more things to help us conceive naturaly, I am 41 now and my egg quality is much poorer than what it was when I conceived Alfie neary 3 years ago, i was on clomid before but gave me a cyst, but I always took it despite not having a period(dr just said a day when to start it and so I did). Anyway i am still bleeding now so am going to take small measure 50mg for 5 days, it may help me ovulate and if it gives me a cyst, just won't take it again.I also have dhea which is meant to help with egg quality, so will give that a go aswell, very sorry to hear you didnt make it either, hope you can deal with the heartache and have the strength to try again or a different method, just never give up, lots love melissax

Mel4141, Yes, your egg quality maybe worse as a whole, but I am sure there are some eggs in there that are just GREAT and it's just a matter of figuring out (praying?  relaxing? acupuncture? diet?) how to get to them.  There are so many people who get pregnant naturally at much older than 41 and I'm convinced it's something in their mindset or their lifestyle that makes it happen for them.  Are you going to do acupuncture?  Yes, I've heard DHEA does help with egg quality.
As for me, although I felt CERTAIN I was not pregnant, my blood work today showed I am.  Obviously, I'm completely shocked and elated but won't breathe easily until at least the first u/s on November 4th.  
One thing for sure -for you and I both - this whole experience has made me even more appreciative of my daughter and how lucky we were to get pregnant naturally.  
Do NOT give up.  Where there's a will there's a way!!

I had my b/w & u/s today for day 5. Everything looks good. Started clomid 150mg today and go back on nov 5th for another b/w & u/s an hopefully a trigger shot! My and dh birthday are 11/21 I'm hoping for a bday present for us.

As for me, all is still looking good.  I had the RE order another HSG test today since I was getting my estrogen and progesterone levels checked anyway.  HSG went from 760 to 2769 in 3 days:)  Estrogen level also almost doubled so they are letting me reduce the meds by one patch, thank goodness!  And progesterone levels over doubled.  

No more hsg tests until u/s on November 4th (unless I beg them for it again:)

That's great to hear allip!! Yeah he's 3 years older then me to the day. That's funny your dh bday is the same I'll be thinking of him now! Lol hopefully you'll get a u/s pic!! I'm turning 25 this year and just doesn't feel the same as when I was younger. It just makes me realize how much more I want a family. It's going to be a very difficult birthday if I get bfn.

Tones99- Thanks!!!  I just got off the phone with  my OB/GYN office to schedule the u/s appointment.  1 week and 6 minutes away! :)  If I didn't already say this on another post somewhere, congrats on your BFP!!  And I saw that the line is getting darker - woo hoo!  When is your u/s?

Kreid2- Oh my goodness, to be 25 again! :)  My husband is almost 20 years older than you - he will be 44 on 11/21!  I do remember 25 feeling different, though.  Enjoy your 20s while they last, though:)  You will be a young mother soon!

Ugh this waiting process is driving me crazy! Friday I find out if I can do the trigger shot and then we will try and bd on our own this last time. I hope this is it for us bc it's taking a serious physical, emotional, & financial toll on us.  My body is really feeling it and I'm hoping since they didn't really monitor me this cycle everything will still be okay or Friday. I'm hoping for 3-4 follicles!!  Please keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

What is bd?  You are doing chloride, right, this cycle?  Chlomid. And then tic on your own after trigger shot?  I do hope this is it!!  Hang in there...the wait is awful.

Ugh yeah one more day of (bd= baby dancing aka making babies) bding and then I start the wait. The dreaded wait until11/20 for hcg. I think this time I'm just going to wait and see if I get my af if I don't I'll go in for hcg then. Don't want to get my hopes up.
My 21 yr old sister just announced she's 6 weeks pregnant. So I'm pretty down and just trying to have a little faith!
